John N. Andell, Managing Director

John N. Andell is the managing principal of Hansen Partners. He began his career as a developer of commercial property when he joined John Hansen Investment Builders in 1998. In his more than sixteen years of commercial experience, Andell has developed several recognizable commercial office-building developments in Houston and has been responsible for the successful leasing and ongoing management of over 600,000 square feet of office space.

A native of Houston, he graduated from Lamar High School before earning his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California and ultimately his MBA at Rice University. A past Ovation Award winner, Mr. Andell is an ongoing member of many boards in the Houston area including, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Texas, The Chinquapin School, and The Houston Grand Opera. He is married to Stacy, a former 1st Grade teacher at West University Elementary, who now works in antiques and interior design for Luxe Living Interiors, where she is an owner and partner.

John P. Hansen, Founder

Mr. Hansen founded John Hansen Investment Builder in 1971. Over the span of his career Hansen has built over two and a half million square feet of quality office, hospitality and retail space commensurate with the highest standard of real estate development in Houston. Significant projects include Riverway, the Inn on the Park, The Campanile, Pin Oak Office Park and Plaza Medical Center. Currently he advises The Hansen Partners with a combination of development insight and environmental concern, which continues to be a hallmark of the firm. He graduated from Brown University with a BA degree in Economics, and served as Trustee from 1982 to 1988.

Curtis Willeford, Vice President of Operations and Development

Curtis Willeford was born in 1976 in Houston, Texas. After graduating from Trinity University in 1998 with a BS in Finance, Curtis accepted an entry position as a financial analyst for Marsh & McLennan Companies in their financial products department in Houston. Curtis moved to Moscow, Russia, in 2005 to pursue a leadership position with Iron Mountain, a records management company, and was tasked with creating and implementing the expansion strategy for the Russian market. In 2007, he accepted an offer to join CBRE in their Capital Markets team focused on debt and equity advisory for the commercial real estate marketplace in Russia. During his tenure he worked with private equity, sovereign wealth, and real estate investment funds focused on the Russian market including TPG Capital, Blackstone, Qatari Investment Authority, Morgan Stanley, Hines Global REIT, etc.

In addition, Curtis represented a joint venture between AIG & Lincoln Properties in the sale of White Square, a 760,000 square foot office development in central Moscow for $1 billion to a private Russian investment fund. This transaction was one of the top five asset sales in the world for 2012. In 2013, Curtis returned to Houston to join Hansen Partners, pursuing opportunities in boutique office development and specialized third party asset management of niche office product focused on the small-scale tenant market. Curtis speaks conversational Russian and Spanish. He is married and currently living in the Houston Heights neighborhood.

Priscilla Alexander, Senior Associate - Leasing

Priscilla Alexander joined the Hansen Partners team in 2017 as a Senior Associate. She is responsible for office leasing, property management and works closely with the development team in assisting with pre-development activities.

Priscilla is originally from Austin, TX and graduated from Texas State University San Marcos in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. She started a career in sales directly after college and made the move to Houston in 2009 to pursue continued career growth opportunity in sales. Before joining Hansen Partners, she worked for Hearst Media Services for the past 8 years on the Real Estate team handling the account needs of national / local builders and developers serving Houston’s market.

Priscilla lives with her husband Phillip, whom she met in college, near the Houston Heights area. They share one young daughter together, Claire.

Wayne Savage, Chief Property Manager

Wayne Savage joined Hansen Partners in 2005 as the Chief Property Manager for the entire management portfolio of over 600,000 square feet of office space (over 200 tenants). Savage earned his Real Estate Sales License in 1980 and his Brokers License in 2007. He is a member of IREM, Institute of Real Estate Management and earned his designation as a Certified Property Manager in 2009.

Wayne is originally from Dallas and attended Stephen F. Austin State University. He is married to his wife, Dee Dee, and has a son, Jake, who is currently attending the University of Southern California.

Dickie Rodriguez, Chief Building Engineer

Dickie Rodriguez began his career in 1984 as an apprentice engineer for St Joseph Hospital. After 5 years with St Joseph Hospital, he was hired by John Hansen Investment Builder (now called Hansen Partners) in October of 1989 to be the Chief Building Engineer. He has been with the company for 25 years. Dickie oversees the facilities of all office buildings that are managed by Hansen Partners. The portfolio of buildings includes The Campanile, The Oaks at San Felipe, and The Bellstone Square (600,000 sf).

Dickie is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of all the office buildings that include a work force of 5 other engineers, porters, and maintenance personnel that assist him with the operations on a daily basis. He attended the Houston Community College and holds certificates and licenses in Stationary Engineering, Electrical maintenance, HVAC controls and automation, phematic controls, and Fire, Rescue and CPR.

Dickie was born in Corpus Christi, Texas and raised in Houston since he was 9 months so he considers himself a native Houstonian. Dickie graduated from Charles H. Milby High School in 1984. Dickie is married and is the proud father of a son, Richard, who is also currently employed at The Hansen Partners as an building engineer.

Shelley Keener, Accounting, Office Manager

Shelley McKay Keener joined Hansen Partners in 2006 where she is responsible for all of the Financial reporting for all Hansen related entities, including mid-rise office buildings, a construction business and 2 restaurant/bars.

Shelley has 23 years of accounting experience, 20 of which have been in the Real Estate industry.

Shelley is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as well as the Mingle School of Real Estate. She is married to Tim Keener, a Regional Sales Manager, whose region covers both Texas and Tennessee. They have one daughter, Laura, who keeps them on their toes.

Stephanie Campbell, Office and Building Coordinator

Stephanie Campbell joined Hansen Partners in 2003 as the Office/Building Coordinator for all buildings under management. She is responsible for all tenant request coordination and tenant relations.

Stephanie is a native Houstonian and currently lives in Southeast Houston where she is an active member of her neighborhood Houston Texans YMCA. She was enlisted in the United States Navy for 10 years where she was a Religious Program Specialist. She adores her dog, a boxer named Mia Jewel Clark.

Francis Chagoya, Accounting Assistant

Francis Chagoya joined Hansen Partners in 2014 as an Accounting Assistant to provide assistance in financial preparation and accounts receivable/payable.

Francis is a native Houston. She currently is attending The University of Houston and is a graduate of Jersey Village High School. Before joining Hansen Partners, she served as the Front Office Manager at The Harris School, a private school for children with emotional disabilities. She teaches Dance and has a newborn son, Josiah, who is turning 1 years old at the turn of the year.
